Delivery Information

There is a flat rate delivery fee of £5.00 on all orders.

At VT Skates we intend to fulfill our obligation to dispatch your orders as soon as possible but usually within 24 hours of when the order is placed. This means that even if an order is received on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank Holiday we will still endeavour to meet our aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

With the ongoing Global pandemic and the rise in demand on the roller skating community stock levels have become very low in the UK with certain items. We try to ensure that our stock levels on our site actually reflect what stock is in our warehouse however it can take up to 10 hours for our systems to update if sales are made outside of the website. If you order an item that is not in the warehouse it may take upto 3-4 working days to be dispatched.

Likewise if you are looking at any items that are showing ‘out of stock’ then please message us for a live update on our stock levels and/or to check when the item would be replenished.

Couriers : 

For skates and larger items over 2kg we use MyHermes couriers, they offer a tracked service and will normally provide a 1-2 day service (from dispatch). This service is only available for UK Mainland customers. 

If you are ordering smaller items (under 2kg) we use Royal Mail.

Please note : Any customs charges, duties and taxes applied by Countries outside of the UK would be the responsibility of the customer.

International Deliveries

We do offer international shipping however you will find that the option is not available in the check out area. Please use the contact form to enquire about shipping to your location if you are overseas. We can then assess the weight of the item(s) you wish to purchase and provide an accurate shipping cost.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping option that you choose.
